Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an RN or LPN at Everest, you'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered nursing care. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you'll help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents while fostering a positive and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Assess resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate resident care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Promote resident comfort, dignity, safety, and independence

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
