Join our team as a Business Process Consultant, where you will play a vital role in leading functional solutions, specializing in ServiceNow offerings, and driving process improvements and automation.

Locations: REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8 years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Industry domain expertise in Technology, Software, and Services.
• Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead less complex and smaller teams, acting as the functional solution lead.
• Translate complex business requirements into configuration needs and author user stories for agile development.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on solutioning and building expertise.
• Apply ServiceNow knowledge and domain expertise in customer engagements to provide optimum workflows.
• Design efficient workflows based on ServiceNow product capabilities and leading practices.
