Business Process Consultant
Join our team as a Business Process Consultant, where you will play a vital role in leading functional solutions, specializing in ServiceNow offerings, and driving process improvements and automation.
Locations: REMOTE
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $45 - $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8 years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Industry domain expertise in Technology, Software, and Services.
- Creativity with comfort running projects independently.
- Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead less complex and smaller teams, acting as the functional solution lead.
- Translate complex business requirements into configuration needs and author user stories for agile development.
- Coach and mentor junior team members on solutioning and building expertise.
- Apply ServiceNow knowledge and domain expertise in customer engagements to provide optimum workflows.
- Design efficient workflows based on ServiceNow product capabilities and leading practices.
