About UsHeadquartered in College Park, Maryland, ANGARAI is a professional management solution and services organization with a Project Management Office (PMO), specializing in Enterprise Transformation Services and Enterprise Oversight Services.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant to lead cross-functional workshops documenting current (“as-is”) processes and defining future-state solutions within an enterprise SAP ERP environment.This role will analyze operational workflows, identify system and process gaps, and develop a structured modernization blueprint supporting an SAP S/4HANA upgrade or transition to a new ERP platform. The Consultant will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements while guiding governance, change management, and implementation planning efforts.The ideal candidate combines strong SAP expertise with workshop facilitation and enterprise modernization experience.Key Responsibilities1. Project Leadership & GovernanceConduct project kickoff sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholdersDevelop a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and stakeholder engagement strategyEstablish governance structure, communication cadence, and performance KPIs2. Current State (“As-Is”) Business Process DocumentationLead structured workshops across enterprise functional areas including finance, treasury, budgeting, procurement, HR/payroll, asset management, and related ERP functionsDocument workflows, process maps, system dependencies, and integrationsIdentify system limitations, operational inefficiencies, and process gapsDevelop issue logs and risk summaries3. Future State & Modernization StrategyFacilitate collaborative workshops to define future-state (“To-Be”) processesConduct structured gap analysis between current and future statesRecommend process optimization and automation opportunitiesDevelop ERP modernization roadmap aligned with strategic objectives4. Requirements DevelopmentTranslate business insights into detailed functional and technical requirementsDefine specifications supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrade or alternative ERP implementationIdentify data migration, reporting, governance, and change management requirementsProvide structured training and compliance recommendations5.
