Shop Fabricator/Welder Pay: $18-22/hr. (depending on experience level) Shift: 6am - 4pm (Mon-Fri) Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with metal fabrication from start to finish (cutting, grinding, welding, etc.) Welding experience with TIG, MIG, and/or Stick welding processes Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16" Ability to measure, mark, cut, shape raw metal using saws, shears, press brakes, plasma cutters and hand tools Ability to lift heavy materials, stand, crouch for extended periods Benefits available the 1st of the month after 90-days: Paid Time Off 6 Paid Holidays Eligible for 401k after 1st Year (with company match up to 2%) Employer Paid Short Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance 35k (Additional Voluntary Life Insurance available) Employer Paid Dental with Optional Buy Up Plan Vision Plan Health Insurance - Standard deductible responsibility: Single 1k / Family 2k FSA-Flexible Savings Account AFLAC various plans/coverages available TELADOC U.S. board-certified doctors are available 24/7/365 to resolve many of your medical issues through phone or video consults Employee Assistance Program (EAP) All offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a valid driver's license.
