Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Workers Compensation matters from inception through resolution
- Work within a fully paperless, tech-forward legal environment
- Collaborate with experienced legal assistants and support staff
- Utilize streamlined digital workflows and firm-wide processes
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and training programs
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Workers Compensation experience required
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven, paperless environment
- Adaptable and open to firm-established systems and workflows
- Strong communication and case management skills
