If you're passionate about making a difference and eager to be part of a team that values creativity and teamwork, we invite you to explore our career opportunities and join us on our journey.Responsibilities:Acts as a role model at all times by demonstrating the core valuesLeads the team towards achieving leasing goals and occupancyPossesses brand knowledge and awareness, ensuring the team acts as brand ambassadorsWorks in partnership with marketing to shape local marketing and leasing strategies based on relevant market data and deep market knowledge and ensures marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities are effectively implementedUses the Company's property systems to generate sales and leasing reports and monitors unit availability data and ensures it is accurate and up to dateMonitors incoming website/email traffic and works closely with marketing and regional managerStays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and resultsActively participates in the leasing process by generating and monitoring traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing tenancy documentation, and completing move-in/move-out and notice to vacate procedures in accordance with established policies and proceduresPromotes resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring a timely response to questions, requests and complaints and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issuesDevelops capability of Team Members in order to meet key performance goals and future succession requirementsWorks with the maintenance team to ensure the physical aspects of the community meet Tripalink's standards for overall appearance and co-ordinates and inspects show flats for market alignment and touring prospective residentsReviews and analyzes financial and other operational reports to identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance, and accesses the Company's internal resources as needed to support solutionsKeeps abreast of current changes in technology, processes, and standards within the industry and area(s) of responsibility by attending internal and external training classes, research and/or subscribing to the internet or other professional publications, or utilizing other appropriate method(s) to obtain business and professional information, and applies knowledge and practices to area(s) of responsibilityProficient in the use of Microsoft Office and/or Google apps including Google Docs and Microsoft WordProficiency in using property operations software such as AppfolioRequirements:Experience of successfully driving leasing/sales performanceExperience of motivating a team and a proven track record in delivering service excellence in a similar management role/ environmentDemonstrable ability to coach and mentor team membersA strong team player but capable of working autonomously and taking ownershipFlexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to thriving in a changing environmentSelf and culturally aware and able to adapt relationship building, communications and negotiation skills to suit the audienceFluent English verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritizeNumerical skills necessary to complete the above activitiesEnthusiasm to deliver an exceptional experience to prospective tenants and continuously improve knowledge of self and others$26 - $28 an hour This role is also eligible for commissions based on lease attainment.What We Provide:Excellent Working Environment: Energetic, Ambitious, PassionateGreat Team ExperienceRegular Team Building ActivitiesFree Community Event EntranceLeadership Cultivation & Individual DevelopmentNetworking & Resources from External PartnersOpportunities of Rotation Among Departments & LocationsDiversity & Inclusion at TripalinkTripalink is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives.
