SURESTAFF has immediate openings for Bilingual Onsite Coordinators for a key client in Northlake, IL. The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and hiring temporary workers for one of SURESTAFF's top clients. The Onsite Coordinator is also responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining safety guidelines, and providing continuous support to temporary workforce. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment! Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with client customers and applicants on a daily basis. Multi-tasking, ability to self-manage, and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity. Schedule: Sat-Wed (1:30p-10:00p)Salary: $20/hr Benefits of the Onsite Coordinator:

Responsibilities of the Onsite Coordinator:

• Anticipate staffing requirements and expectations; develops value-added services to support changing client needs
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll is accurate
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports at the client's request
• Manage employee relations at the site - including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews
• Conduct onsite orientation, safety training
• Facilitate the initial treatment and reporting of workers' compensation incidents
• Participate in scheduled service reviews at client site
• Act as the liaison between the branch office and the client
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications of the Onsite Staffing Coordinator:

• Bilingual required - Spanish and English.
• 2+ years' experience in a customer service role such as hospitality, restaurant, call center, or retail.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Demonstrate a sales aptitude
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
