Field Sales Representative | TTI, Inc. The Tone: This is a full-time Early Career Program role at TTI, Inc. for a Field Sales Representative, initially located in North Fort Worth, TX for training, then transitioning to one of our branch office locations. This role is crucial as it involves participation in an intensive training program to equip individuals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to drive sales objectives, expanding TTI’s customer base and profitability. TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person North Fort Worth, TX (for training), then branch office location Pay: $55000–$90000 yearly Team: Field Sales Representatives Team; reports to branch management Mission: Participate in an intensive training program to gain knowledge and practical skills, then transition into the sales organization to create, defend, and penetrate sales for existing and potential customers. Tech Stack: Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) What You’ll Actually Do Generate Sales Leads and Secure Orders: Generate leads, call on assigned customer accounts, deliver samples and sales literature to establish relationships, and win product orders to achieve sales objectives. Cultivate Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain effective business rapport with customers’ purchasing and management staff, ensuring professional and timely transaction handling to position TTI as the preferred distributor. Expand Business Opportunities: Pursue new business leads using all available resources including reps, trade shows, networking, manufacturers, and internal TTI resources to penetrate and secure new business, expanding the customer base. Manage Sales Cycle Follow-Through: Facilitate comprehensive follow-through on all aspects of the sales cycle, including customer contact, internal sales coordination, sample requests, and quotes, to ensure timely completion and meet customer expectations. Negotiate Strategic Pricing and Terms: Strategize with company management on large customer quotes to negotiate price and delivery terms, offering optimal deals for customers while maximizing TTI’s profitability. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree in sales, customer service, or a related field; this is an Early Career Program role focused on intensive training and development. Experience: 0-2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field, with internship experience accepted; candidates must have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the program start. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
