The once‑in‑a‑century transition to autonomous and electric vehicles is underway and will require a multi‑trillion‑dollar investment in energy, charging infrastructure, and real estate. Role Description In this position you will be a key player on our real‑estate acquisitions team and will be responsible for owning and managing a deal pipeline. Responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing. You will analyze the strategic, financial, and technical feasibility of EV charging hub projects across multiple geographic areas, sectors, and customer use cases, and work cross‑functionally with Business Development, Legal, Development, and Construction teams to secure land sites. Core Responsibilities Ownership of deal pipeline across multiple geographies Deal sourcing Deal underwriting Ownership of investment committee materials Management of deal negotiations alongside the Legal team Due diligence in partnership with the Development team Participation in real‑estate strategy and partnership conversations Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and macro real‑estate trends Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years’ experience in real estate finance Acquisitions experience and deep network of brokers and landowners Bachelor’s degree required Knowledge of real estate finance and transactions Experience with financial analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Expert‑level analytical and financial modeling skills Detail oriented Great presentation skills Ability to work internally with multiple stakeholders Electric vehicle charging experience or ability and desire to learn quickly Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%) Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this role is determined by several factors, including the cost of labor in specific geographic markets. The actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s location, skills, level of expertise, and experience.
