Series A B2B AI startup building autonomous customer support agents for consumer brands You are the operational backbone for a scaling engineering team that refuses to let bureaucracy slow down deployment cycles. Your days will blend high-touch employee advocacy with the rigorous design of people systems capable of supporting hyper-growth in the enterprise AI sector. We need someone who finds genuine satisfaction in turning chaotic early-stage processes into a cohesive culture without losing the agility that got us here.
