Responsibilities About Summerlin Hospital: Summerlin Hospital is a 496-bed hospital featuring emergency services; a busy maternity department with an average of 450 deliveries per month; a Children's Medical Center with a NICU, a pediatric ICU and separate pediatric ER; advanced cardiovascular care, surgical services, women's health, and oncology care. Job Description: Ensures every patient's entry into the hospital is timely, compassionate, compliant, and financially clear. This role bridges patient experience, clinical throughput, and revenue integrity by leading the frontline teams responsible for registration, admissions, emergency department access, pre-registration, scheduling, insurance verification, prior authorizations, and point-of-service collections. In a 24/7 acute care environment. The supervisor protects continuity of care, reduces avoidable delays, and secures accurate reimbursement while upholding regulatory standards and patient dignity with and in the absence of the Admitting Manager.

Qualifications Job Requirements: Education: High School or equivalent preferred. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years in a hospital admitting department or business office setting and (1) in healthcare leadership required. License/Certification: None Technical Skills: Computer proficient Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patient.
