Maintenance Technician

Maintenance EngineerWe are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday). This role is ideal for individuals in pharmaceutical or high-speed manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing high-speed packaging equipment, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and systems up to 480V.Responsibilities:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control issues on production equipment on sterile filling and packaging lines to minimize downtime.Repair, adjust, and troubleshoot plant-wide control and instrumentation.Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment.Maintain electronic equipment maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with SOP and cGMP guidelines.Provide technical support to other plant departments.Use electronics, instruments, and controls to perform system analysis of equipment.Maintain electronic test and repair equipment in a high state of readiness.Assist in set-ups, changeovers, and start-up adjustments of equipment as necessary.Perform other duties as directed by management.Maintain gowning qualification status.Essential Skills:Experience in troubleshooting and repairing high-speed packaging equipment.Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, HMIs (PLCs - Allen Bradley & Siemens).Troubleshoot up to 480V.Working knowledge of various meters.Understanding of instrumentation and controls.Ability to read electrical prints and P&IDs.Ability to communicate with manufacturers worldwide for support.Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting equipment including oscilloscopes, volt/ampere meters, frequency standards, calibration equipment, and programmable logic controllers/HMI.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of vision systems is a plus.Experience in equipment Corrective Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, and spare part systems.Why Work Here?Enjoy 4 weeks of vacation, a comprehensive benefits package, 11 paid holidays, and an 8% performance bonus on all hours worked.
