Job Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Chef experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• A genuine passion for creating high-quality, fresh food
• A proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Certifications required

Job Responsibilities:

As the Executive Chef in Framingham, MA, you will:

• Design and create seasonal menus that showcase fresh, artisanal ingredients
• Oversee high-volume kitchen operations with consistency and precision
• Drive profitability through cost analysis and strong knowledge of P&L
• Manage all equipment sanitation and maintenance protocols
• Communicate effectively to delegate tasks appropriately and diligently
• Uphold the strictest standards and procedures in all kitchen operations
• Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to build a high-performing team
