KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Attorney with PLG, you will be part of a collaborative, high‑performing legal team, where we share knowledge, support each other in court, and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and client advocacy. You will handle a busy caseload of criminal misdemeanors and, depending on experience, eventually felonies, maintaining the high level of professionalism and client care that PLG is known for. You will also be encouraged to engage in creating content and participate in our marketing and branding efforts.

REQUIREMENTS

5 (or more) years of experience handling criminal matters in Washington State’s District, Municipal, and Superior Courts. Bilingual (especially Spanish or Korean) and/or former experience working as a prosecutor are a plus, but not required.

COMPENSATION

This full‑time, salaried position is based in our Tacoma office with potential opportunity to work in our Seattle location. Annual compensation ranges from $90,000 (base) to $150,000 (base+bonus).
