Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM DUTIES:
Responsibilities Include -
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Confer with customers by soft phone/chat/email to provide instructions and assistance with programs and various tasks.
- Follow communication guidelines when handling different topics.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Frequently go through the program and perform functions to be able to visualize what our customers are seeing and experiencing while increasing knowledge and performance level.
- Process requests for services or updating information to accounts.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further assistance.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries and to provide detailed assistance.
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Comprehension of Windows operating systems and Office 365
- Familiarity with Soft Phone or Online Chat systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Productive communication with Persons Outside the Organization
- Team oriented
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
