Physical Therapist ( PT ) - Home Health - $10k Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment
• Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function
• Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician

Qualifications:

• Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required

• The Physical Therapist role includes an $10,000 retention bonus, which will be split into four equal payments and paid quarterly over the course of one year.
