Senior Command & Control Scrum Master (Onsite)

What You Will Do Coach the team on self‑organization, cross‑functionality, and Agile best practices. Facilitate effective Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to drive alignment and productivity. Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals. Proactively identify, track, and resolve organizational and technical blockers. Partner with the Product Owner to manage and refine the backlog, ensuring user stories are well‑defined and actionable. Track team health using burn‑down charts, velocity metrics, and continuous flow diagrams to sustain momentum. What You Will Learn Advanced software technologies and techniques, including multi‑tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice design. Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery practices. Software lifecycle practices for large‑scale defense projects and satellite ground system technologies. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience. Industry certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II or PMI‑ACP, demonstrating Agile expertise. Proven fluency in Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS). Technical experience developing object‑oriented software using C++ and Java, and knowledge of DevSecOps methods, microservices, containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka). Metrics‑mindset with expertise in leveraging data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements. Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued TS/SCI security clearance prior to start date (or a Top Secret clearance eligible for TS/SCI). Preferred Qualifications Exceptional emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and active listening skills. Knowledge of stateless/serverless architecture. Experience with AWS cloud services and Grafana. Experience with satellite command and control software. Benefits Relocation assistance is available.
