Talent Acquisition Coordinator

$21.19 - $38.13 per hour

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $21.19 - $38.13 (final offer may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity) Schedule Details: 1 Day Shift, 8 Hours (USA) – 40 Hours per week. A signing bonus may be available; eligibility will be confirmed during the interview process. Everyone Is a Caregiver. This position reports to the Manager Talent Acquisition (TA) Onboarding & Compliance and performs a variety of duties to support the TA team. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing all pre‑employment requirements and ensuring compliance for every caregiver. Major Responsibilities Initiates all new caregiver pre‑employment items, including HR items (I9, W4, M4, emergency contact forms, etc.), verifications of employment and education, national background checks, and pre‑employment employee health services clearance. Conducts new caregiver onboarding appointments at multiple HR office locations; may rotate based on business needs; monitors items for completion to ensure compliance is finalized prior to start date; follows up on missing information. Maintains onboarding documentation for all caregiver hire types (new, internal transfers, and contingent workers); collaborates with Human Resources Information Services on hire activities. Facilitates CORI pre‑adverse process with caregiver and maintains folder and documentation. Monitors and responds to the talent acquisition email account within 48 hours. May participate on the HR Joint Commission readiness team, assisting with regulatory audits/mock surveys and accreditation surveys. Ensures compliance with new hire start lists for key stakeholders such as the new caregiver welcome team, nursing professional development, Epic training, etc. All other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications License/Certification/Education Required: Associate’s degree. Preferred: Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business or related discipline. Preferred: Relevant professional credentials such as SHRM-CP, HCI Strategic HR Leadership, HCI Strategic Talent Acquisition, Certified Internet Recruiter. Experience/Skill Required: 1 to 3 years of related experience. Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Required: Demonstrated problem‑solving skills. Required: Experience with computer systems including web‑based applications and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Preferred: Previous human resources or talent acquisition experience. Preferred: Experience in healthcare. Preferred: Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Preferred: LEAN/Six Sigma experience improving HR processes and customer service. Preferred: Workday experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
