Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the digital channel platform for the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring seamless user experience and high availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the digital platform's capabilities
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously optimize the platform and address customer needs
- Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities to drive digital transformation
- Provide technical expertise and support to the business stakeholders, ensuring the platform aligns with their requirements
- Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for the digital channel platform
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital platform development or a related field
- Strong technical skills in web development, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and project management practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, user-centric digital solutions
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital banking landscape
