Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
RPh on the Go is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacist for a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing pharmacy team in New York.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Full-time, Direct Hire
Responsibilities
IV prescription verification
Pharmacy technician supervision
Communicating with patients regarding therapy and medication needs
Supporting daily pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with company and state regulations
Requirements
✅ Active New York Pharmacist License
✅ Hospital and/or Home Infusion pharmacy experience required
✅ IV compounding experience or strong IV compounding knowledge highly preferred
✅ Excellent communication and patient service skills
✅ Clear professional background (no DUI or other significant background issues)
Compensation
???? $124,800 – $145,600 annually
