Applicants can expect a customer-centered culture that values integrity, learning, and wellbeing. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Sales Associate will greet customers, learn about their needs, and recommend appropriate CBD products while providing clear, compliant product information. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves processing sales transactions, handling cash and electronic payments accurately, and following all store policies and regulatory guidelines. The Sales Associate will also support inventory checks, assist with in-store promotions, and collaborate with the team to meet sales and customer service goals. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and informatively with a diverse range of customers. Sales or retail experience, including point-of-sale (POS) operation, cash handling, and basic upselling or cross-selling techniques. Interest in or willingness to learn about CBD products, wellness trends, and industry regulations to provide accurate, responsible guidance. Ability to stand for extended periods, restock shelves, and maintain store appearance with attention to detail and reliability. Team-oriented mindset, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in wellness, health products, or specialty retail is a plus.
