As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate within an educational environment, providing vital support and guidance for students and educators alike. This is a contract, full-time position operating 37.5 hours per week, with flexible potential for hybrid report writing from home.

Bring your expertise in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation to help foster a supportive and inclusive school culture. Candidates must be available to work fully on-site, with occasional options for remote documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Texas School Psychologist (LSSP) license/credential (license snapshot required at submission)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting
• Reliable transportation to North Houston locations
• Ability to complete and pay for required fingerprinting within the first three days upon contract signing
• Full-time availability during the contract period (ASAP through May 28, 2027)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations for students
• Deliver group and individual counseling as appropriate
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement student support plans
• Maintain detailed documentation and assist with report writing, both on-site and potentially in a hybrid model
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district guidelines
