What You’ll Do As Body Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our collision repair facility, including: Lead and develop technicians, estimators, painters, parts personnel, and support staff. Manage daily production to keep repairs moving efficiently while meeting quality and delivery goals. Maintain high standards for repair quality, safety, and OEM repair procedures. Improve shop workflow, identify production bottlenecks, and implement process improvements. Oversee estimating, blueprinting, supplements, and repair planning to maximize efficiency and profitability. Coordinate parts operations to ensure timely vehicle flow. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators and drive operational excellence. Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the repair process. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Several years of collision repair management experience. Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of collision repair operations, estimating, production management, and quality control. Experience improving shop processes and increasing operational efficiency. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable. Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and insurance repair processes. A commitment to safe, quality repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction.
