Key Responsibilities

• CARRY OUT a variety of ultrasound examinations, covering abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• ENSURE patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
• COLLABORATE closely with radiologists and physicians to secure high-quality diagnostic images
• OPERATE and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
• DOCUMENT procedures accurately and maintain patient records within our electronic medical system
• STAY UPDATED on advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related fields
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a recognized equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
