Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, remote opportunity supporting recruiting needs within the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys sourcing hard-to-find talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers to fill critical roles.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where proactive communication, strong organization, and candidate engagement are essential. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who thrives independently in a remote setting while still being part of a supportive team focused on quality hiring, strong relationships, and continued growth.

This position offers the stability of a full-time schedule, company-provided equipment, and the opportunity to support meaningful hiring initiatives in healthcare services. Candidates with healthcare, home health, hospice, or high-volume recruiting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate screenings, qualification interviews, and resume reviews to identify strong talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and recruiting challenges.
- Manage requisitions, candidate activity, documentation, and reporting within the ATS.
- Coordinate the offer process, assist with onboarding activities, and participate in recruiting strategy discussions for difficult-to-fill roles.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt.
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Work Hours: Must be able to work CST hours.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm.
- Equipment: Company equipment will be shipped directly to the employee.
