Premier Family Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Libertyville, IL. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and serves as a key connection between the clinical team and our patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with healthcare or dental office experience who is looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented practice. For candidates without dental assisting experience, we are willing to provide cross-training opportunities.

Schedule
- Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM 1:00 PM (2x per month)
- Saturday: 6:30 AM 1:00 PM (2x per month)
- Serve as the welcoming face and voice of the practice
- Coordinate and manage patient scheduling
- Act as a liaison between patients and the clinical team
- Present treatment plans and help patients understand recommended care
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims
- Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and financial arrangements
- Perform front desk and administrative duties as needed
- Help create a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar healthcare or dental office role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- General computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-player attitude with a willingness to learn
- Positive, energetic, and patient-focused
