Role Description The AI Coordinator internship is a hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The AI Coordinator will assist in managing AI tools and workflows used for marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization. Day-to-day tasks may include configuring AI systems, monitoring performance, organizing training data, documenting processes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure AI outputs meet brand and client standards. The role will also involve researching emerging AI technologies, supporting testing and implementation of new tools, and helping prepare reports and presentations on AI-driven insights for stakeholders.

• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and tools used in marketing, content, or analytics, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.

• Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to organize data, identify patterns, and clearly summarize findings.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation, presentations, and internal correspondence.

• Interest or coursework in marketing, advertising, media, data science, computer science, business, or related fields.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

• Comfort with digital collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, cloud document tools, communication apps).

• Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technologies, especially AI, and how they can be applied to address real-world business challenges.

• Availability to work part-time or full-time within standard business hours in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
