CNC Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Fremont, Ohio

Pay Rate: $19.97/hour

Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Position Overview

Local Company in Fremont, OH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team on 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other automated equipment) to produce precision parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform basic machine setups and tooling changes as needed
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Frequent use of hands and arms for operating machinery
