Jr. Project Manager in New York

Job Description Tower Enterprises is a NYC Based Manufacturers Representative functioning within the HVAC space. We are looking for a Jr. project manager to join our team! Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Administration Assist in managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate submittals, production schedules, and close-out documentation. Maintain organized project files. Coordinate communication between production, logistics department and the project team. Technical & Contract Support Review project specifications, drawings, and scope documents. Assist with preparation and review of submittal packages. Coordinate with manufacturers for technical information. Communication Serve as a point of contact between factory and project team. Provide status updates to senior project managers and leadership. Support client communication and follow-up. Scheduling & Logistics Assist in tracking equipment lead times and delivery schedules. Coordinate with field teams and contractors for site requirements. Support project closeout documentation and warranty tracking. Qualifications Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field. Equivalent practical experience in construction or administrative role. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Monday.com, etc.) a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
