Title Attorney

Boutique Oil and Gas law firm in San Antonio, Texas with offices in Houston is seeking a Title Attorney.
Experience: 5 -7 years Schedule: 100% in office Hours: 8am-5pm Lunch brought in daily and paid for by the firm 100% paid medical for employees
Benefits include:
- Health insurance for the employee is paid for by the firm (they will pay 50% of the premium for dependents)
- Life Insurance and Long Term Disability is paid for by the firm
- 120 hours of paid time off yearly.
- We have all Federal Holidays off and paid for
- 401K Plan – employee is immediately invested for their own contributions
- Lunch is ordered daily and paid for by the firm
Job Description:
(she did not give me a lot of details) Looking for someone with at least 5-7 years of experience The firm offers title examination experience throughout Texas, with specific emphasis on the Permian Basin, the Eaglebine, the Barnett Shale, East Texas and South Texas, including the Eagle Ford regions. Will be assisting clients in oil and gas transactional matters
Must have experience in:
- Rendering title opinions
- Reviewing title documents
- Preparing original title opinions, drilling title opinions, division orders, acquisition title opinions, limited title memoranda, etc.
