Transactional Real Estate Attorney

We are looking for a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join a respected legal team in Houston, Texas. This opportunity is well suited for an attorney who brings substantial experience in commercial real estate matters and values direct client engagement in a collegial, team-oriented setting. The role focuses on guiding clients through leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and related transactions while delivering practical legal counsel throughout each stage of the deal.Responsibilities:• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, providing legal support from initial structuring through closing and post-closing follow-up.• Prepare, examine, and negotiate lease documents, including new agreements, extensions, revisions, and ancillary leasing instruments.• Counsel both property owners and occupants on lease strategy, risk considerations, and other issues tied to commercial real estate operations.• Support purchase and sale transactions involving commercial properties by drafting key documents and coordinating deal progress.• Create and negotiate transaction-related agreements such as development contracts, easement documents, and other real estate instruments.• Review title materials, surveys, and diligence records to identify concerns and help resolve transaction-related issues.• Partner closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into effective legal solutions.• Work alongside fellow attorneys and outside stakeholders on sophisticated matters requiring coordinated legal and commercial analysis.• Offer clear, practical advice throughout the full transaction lifecycle to help clients make informed business decisions.
