Strategic Pricing Analyst

About the Role Canon USA in Burlington, NJ is currently seeking a Strategic Pricing Analyst (Analyst, Strategic Pricing). The Strategic Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing price strategies for Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS) Customers. They build financial models to price large‑scale, strategic bid opportunities and support existing contracts and programs. The role collaborates with members of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Contracts and Solutions teams to ensure customer proposals are complete, accurate and timely. This is a full‑time position with a hybrid work schedule requiring office presence Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The remaining days may be worked from home unless a specific business need requires additional in‑office attendance. Your Impact Develops new business pricing, guides pricing decisions, and facilitates execution of pricing strategies. Calculates proposed ROI for customer opportunities (including RFPs) and articulates risks and requirements. Creates comprehensive financial models for business transactions and RFPs across a variety of clients. Implements price modifications, ensuring compliance with internal controls. Reviews company terms and conditions to assess and respond to customer terms for RFP responses. Populates customer’s RFP submission template based on inputs from financial models. Creates contract profiles for winning opportunities and works with Business Operations and BPR teams to update contracts and price lists for order processing. Builds professional, positive relationships across departments. Presents pricing solutions and response strategies to senior leadership and the sales team. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field; 3‑5 years of related experience. High level of business acumen and knowledge of P&L, supporting the Finance organization. Advanced MS Excel modeling experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing and allocating time effectively. Strong statistical and critical thinking skills; self‑starter who determines what needs to be done and how to get it done. Sound decision‑making, high accuracy and solid task prioritization skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace is a plus. Occasional overtime may be required. We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $66,300 - $81,550 annually.
