Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time)The primary role of a Facilities Coordinator is to provide support for and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives. This position is essential in developing close working relationships with key stakeholders, including client partners, landlords, managing agents, and various facilities vendors. The individual in this role ensures that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the facilities.ResponsibilitiesMonitor the performance of and coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders, partners, landlords, managing agents, and all facilities vendors.Assist in the management of on-site contractors to ensure they perform to the required standards.Procure vendors and services as required.Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion.Manage purchase orders in the internal financial management platform promptly and accurately.Assist with monthly accrual reports and monitor finance trackers.Conduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits, and carry out safety and building procedures.Assist in the implementation of the property risk management program and industry best practice operations.Maintain premises in a neat and good working condition at all times.Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.Provide support for regular management reports and projects as required.Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.Essential SkillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible.Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Clean driving record.Work EnvironmentThis role requires working 25 hours per week at the facility located at 6330 NE Fourth Court, Miami, Florida. The work environment involves interaction with various stakeholders and requires adherence to established procedures and standards. The position demands flexibility and the ability to respond to facility emergencies or changes in schedule promptly.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
