Grubbs Acura is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internet Sales Director to lead our online sales initiatives and drive growth in our Grapevine, TX location. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels at managing digital sales channels, optimizing customer interactions, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver a seamless online sales experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to elevating our brand’s presence in the digital marketplace.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective internet sales strategies to increase online vehicle sales.
Manage and optimize all internet sales channels, including the dealership website, third-party portals, and social media platforms.
Lead and coach the internet sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Acura products, services, and promotions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional responses to online inquiries.
Requirements
Proven experience in internet sales or digital marketing, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with internet sales software and digital marketing tools.
Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decision-making.
