Located in the heart of Rosslyn, just across the Potomac River from Georgetown and steps from the Rosslyn Metro, Le Méridien Arlington is a chic, mid-century-inspired upscale hotel with over 150 contemporary guest rooms, panoramic river views, and the vibrant on-site Amuse restaurant. As we put the finishing touches on an exciting renovation, we’re looking for a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to help bring this reimagined property to life. Key Responsibilities: Deliver the highest quality of service to our customers at all times. Develop and execute strategies to drive business in both new and existing markets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Guide sales and marketing efforts, including advertising, public relations, and administrative reporting. Lead sales initiatives in alignment with the property's Marketing Plan. Understand and monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape. Analyze financial and market data to support strategic decision-making. Organize, prioritize, and document work to meet key business deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified and consistent customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role. Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
