Restaurant Assistant Manager

Position Overview IHOP is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead and inspire a team at a full‑time location. Responsibilities As the Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will: Conduct daily team huddles to set the tone for exceptional service. Coordinate the kitchen to maintain quality and speed (e.g., managing pancake preparation). Handle mid‑day rushes and customer challenges with calm leadership. Review daily performance, recognize team achievements, and plan improvements for the next day. Schedule This full‑time position involves a mix of shifts during mornings, lunch, and evenings.
