Job Overview A law firm seeks a Bilingual Personal Injury Attorney in Wilmington, North Carolina. Responsibilities Represent clients at all stages of their case, including client communication and litigation. Review and analyze medical and legal documents, statutes, and case law. Engage in legal writing and research, including motions, briefs, and appeals. Litigate claims through discovery, depositions, mediation, negotiations, hearings, and trials. Evaluate findings and develop case strategies and arguments. Investigate insurance coverage and additional sources. Engage in trial advocacy and guide clients through the litigation process. Supervise and collaborate with the personal injury team. Requirements Fully fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Member of the N.C. State Bar or eligible to waive in. Three or more years’ experience in personal injury law; pre‑litigation experience required. Litigation experience is a plus. Strong time‑management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills Strong legal research and writing skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
