Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Coordinate with field leadership, engineering, and trade partners to keep work on track.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and project documentation.
- Lead client meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risk.
- Mentor project engineers and coordinators while supporting overall team performance.
