Position Summary : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven senior sales person for this position. We are targeting above market base compensation plus performance based-incentives for the right person. As the Regional Director at Helios Home Health, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in Broward County. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, develop new business, and contribute significantly to the company's success. This is a key position that requires a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a drive to be a significant contributor to the growth of the organization over the long term. Responsibilities: Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets to contribute to the company's growth. Increase brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources. Educate referral sources on the comprehensive range of services offered by Helios Home Health. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of care that meets the needs of patients and their families. Identify new business opportunities and explore partnerships to expand market presence. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets. Strong network and connections within the homecare sector. Solid understanding of sales techniques, homecare trends, and referral processes. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend relevant sales meetings and conferences. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to take on the challenges of a rapidly growing company.
