Our sales team consists of team players who are self-starters with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude and a drive to succeed and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. In this outside sales role, you will:

• Become the expert: Learn the products, know the industry, and understand the business.
• Build strong relationships: Develop trust and lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in your territory.
• Educate and influence: Learn about your customers' needs and educate them about the value utilizing Victaulic can bring to their project.

QUALITIES WE SEEK IN YOU AS A TERRITORY MANAGER:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous sales experience selling value added products/services
• Demonstrated achievements in sales and history of developing and nurturing long standing relationships
• Competitive nature, flexibility, and resiliency
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and creative thinking
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Willingness to travel and ability to handle adverse weather conditions
