Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Georgia
• Experience working in schools or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and school staff
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable therapy goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student outcomes
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and related paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for strategies and accommodations
• Engage in professional development activities to stay current in the field
