Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46268
Duration: 2 Months
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr on W2 (without benefits)

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter and maintain data within the MobileFrame system. The primary responsibility of this role is to load Preventive Maintenance (PM) forms into MobileFrame, ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in the MobileFrame platform.
Load and configure PM forms according to established procedures.
Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
Review and correct data entry errors as needed.
Maintain organized records of completed work.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Follow company standards for data quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications:
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with computer systems and data management software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and communication skills.
