Paralegal

Our client, a well-established litigation firm representing lenders, brokers, and real estate investors, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their busy trial team. With several trials on the calendar, this is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment. This position is hybrid. You must be willing to go into the office, located in the Franklin area, on occassion. What You'll Do: Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation, from case initiation through trial Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and organizing/reviewing produced documents Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and witness organization, trial binders, and logistics Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence Handle unlawful detainer matters from filing through resolution Coordinate and file documents in both state and federal court Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed What They're Looking For: Solid civil litigation paralegal experience, ideally with a focus on real property/real estate disputes Hands-on experience with unlawful detainer actions Required: Federal court experience (e-filing, local rules, procedures) Strong discovery and drafting skills Trial prep experience — someone who can hit the ground running with trials on the horizon Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment Experience working with lender, broker, or investor clients is a strong plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
