Corporate Development Senior Manager

Intuitive is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Manager to manage its corporate development efforts for its da Vinci and Ion business units, including sourcing, investigating and negotiating a variety of transactions for the company. Deal types will include strategic equity investments, strategic partnerships, co-marketing and co-development agreements, both in- and out-licensing, and M&A. The Senior Manager should has minimum of 8 or more years of professional experience, with 5 or more years of experience within the medical device, life sciences, technology, finance, investing, or related industries.
