This role is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end Azure programs and projects, driving business value through cloud adoption, and ensuring alignment with NTT DATA’s global delivery standards and client expectations.The ideal candidate will combine strong program / project management expertise with a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure technologies and a consulting mindset to deliver innovative, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the Program Management function for the NTT Data Azure MCS engagement and drive governance, project management, lifecycle management,Facilitate and interact with Client Program Oversight teams to ensure alignment with Project lifecycle and deliver execution processesOversee and manage full program and project management lifecycles, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closurePartner with client stakeholders to ensure delivery and execution of business requirements, project scope, and success criteriaEngage ad drive delivery execution with global delivery teams, including architects, engineers, and offshore resourcesDrive cloud migration, application modernization, and infrastructure transformation initiatives on AzureEnsure adherence to NTT DATA delivery frameworks, governance standards, and quality benchmarksManage program and project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimizationIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesProvide executive-level reporting, including status updates, KPIs, and performance metricsDrive program and project reporting by Project Managers leveraging Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on client engagement needsSupport solution shaping, estimates, and client presentationsFoster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagementRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field8+ years of project management experience in IT, with a focus on cloud or infrastructure projectsExperience delivering Azure-based solutions or cloud migration programsStrong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and best practicesExperience managing distributed/global teams in a consulting or services environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project)Preferred QualificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certificationMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305)Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practicesFamiliarity with cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworksPrior experience working in a systems integrator or IT consulting firmExposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) is a plusKey CompetenciesClient-centric mindset with strong consulting and advisory skillsAbility to manage complex, multi-workstream programsStrong leadership and team coordination across onshore/offshore modelsFinancial acumen for project budgeting and margin managementAdaptability in fast-paced, client-driven environmentsStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesWhy Join NTT DATAWork with a global leader in digital transformation and IT servicesOpportunity to lead high-impact cloud initiatives for Fortune 500 clientsCollaborative and inclusive culture with global delivery capabilitiesAccess to continuous learning, certifications, and career growth opportunitiesWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $70, 830 to $129, 855. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
