Here at GBH we help and prioritize individual growth one staff member at a time!Ginger Bread Preschool and Childcare has full-time openings for Toddler Lead Teachers to join our dedicated team at all of our location: Deforest!FREE CHILDCARE FOR EMPLOYEES!Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on education and experienceWork Schedule: Our locations are open Monday through Friday: 7:00am to 5:30pm. Full-Time: 40 hours per weekBenefits: Full-time employees are eligible to receive company benefits that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Company-provided Life Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off (PTO), and MORE!Education and Qualifications:Must have completed at least 80 working days as a full-time assistant childcare teacher or 120 days as a half-time assistant child care teacher.Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be listed as a Level 7 or above on the Childcare Registry.A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care!Responsibilities:Responsible for planning and implementing daily program.Daily communication with parents, participate in parent conferences.Children 's record keeping (including progress reports twice a school year.)Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that encourages exploration, play, and creativityEstablish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and co-workersModel appropriate behavior and language for children and provide guidance and support as neededAdhere to all licensing regulations and center policies Ginger Bread Preschool and Childcare's Mission: We are seeking individuals who have a desire to guide children through a safe and respectful early education, and to help them become productive members of society.
