What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with physical functioning disorders or wounds
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as needed
• Document all services accurately following clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Provide patient and caregiver education and counseling
• Support and supervise rehab aides and students, ensuring quality care delivery

What You Need:

• Oklahoma Physical Therapist license and CPR certification
• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, LTC experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation procedures
