Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical OT experience in long-term care or related settings

Hourly Pay Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do

Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
Develop and implement individualized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions to support patient recovery
Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and support devices as needed
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and evaluate outcomes for effectiveness
Collaborate with healthcare team members, including families, caregivers, and other providers
Provide comprehensive discharge summaries and maintain accurate documentation
Support and supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehab aides, and students as needed
Participate in required meetings, trainings, and conferences

What You Need

Required:

Oklahoma State OT licensure
NBCOT Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar environment
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively

Preferred:

Experience working in a long-term care facility
Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation practices
