This role is centered on creating compelling, brand-right graphics that translate seamlessly across apparel and accessories.You bring an elevated design sensibility, a refined eye for type and composition, and the ability to build graphic narratives that feel both culturally relevant and commercially strong. While graphic excellence is at the core of the role, experience in surface or print design is a plus.What you'll doGraphic DevelopmentCreate original typography, graphic motifs, and visual concepts aligned with seasonal direction and brand DNADevelop typographic explorations ranging from bold, expressive statements to clean, minimal brand marksBuild graphic systems, badge/icon libraries, and lockups that translate across categories and product formatsPartner with Concept, Design and Merchandising teams to shape seasonal graphic narrativesResearch cultural, global, and competitive graphic trends to inform concept directionPresent graphic concepts and storytelling frameworks to internal partners and leadershipExecution & Technical CraftPrepare production-ready artwork files with accuracy in scale, separations, placement, and formattingProvide detailed color callouts, proportion notes, and placement direction to ensure design integrityPartner with Production and Tech teams to ensure graphics execute successfully across fabrics and silhouettesManage multiple seasons and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSurface / Print Understanding of print techniques (screen, heat transfer, digital, sublimation) and how they interact with different fabricationsSupport surface design development when needed, applying strong graphic sensibilityWho you are4–6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within apparel, lifestyle, or fashionStrong portfolio showcasing typographic exploration, badge/icon development, and elevated graphic sensibilityExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, scale, and color theoryExperience balancing expressive creativity with technical precisionExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectsExperience in surface or textile pattern design is preferredFamiliarity with 3D visualization tools such as CLOSalary Range: $89,100.00 - $115,800.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
