Nonprofit Operations Lead — Tax Assistance Program (Remote)

ROME GROUP is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States, Missouri. This part-time position requires facilitating daily operations for the St. Louis Tax Assistance Program (TAP) and managing relationships with partners and volunteers. The candidate should possess experience in financial accounting and a commitment towards obtaining VITA tax preparer certification. The role involves interaction with various stakeholders, execution of the mission, and operational efficiencies.
